Spot Lysutleie operated at first as a hobbyfirm. By that very fact that the jobs became more frequent and bigger, it was decided that the company should be registered as a shared liability company (DA) and was registered in May 2003 as Spot Lysutleie DA.
Originally the company was run by to people, but when a third person denounced his interest in the company, it was, as mentioned earlier, decided to establish a company with its company organization as a shared liability.
Today, the company is run by 3 owners, who are also employees of the firm. It should also be mentioned that they are not full-time employees, but run the company in their spare time. The company has only grown from the time of start-up and are still renewing the equipment base.
All employees have followed a course in lighting, light effects and design.
